How is the payment process carried out?
The payment takes place upon your arriaval to the hotel. You don't pay anything when you book. The credit card information is needed to garantee your booking.

Can I pay for the hotel with cash beforehand?
Yes, you can pay for the hotel in our office. However, in this case you will have to pay extra fee in the amount of 10% of your order.   

Is it secure to use my credit card?

Your credit card information is sent to us through a secure server. We use the latest, most secure technology available, which encrypts all your personal and credit card details. The encryption method used is the industry standard "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) technology. Our SSL certificate has been issued by Godaddy.

Our server and network are protected by firewalls against unauthorized access. This means we can guarantee that it is totally safe to send us your credit card details.
