How do I book a hotel?

Enter the city and dates for your hotel reservation in the Online Booking fields.  Check the "only show available" box to see hotels with rooms available for those dates.  Next, choose a hotel from the listing provided and follow the four simple steps to make the reservation.

Can I sort the hotels by price?

Yes, after you are given the list of hotels with available rooms, you can choose to sort by price, class or by hotel.  Please note that the sort by price function only works if the dates of stay were supplied and if the "only show available" option was selected in the Hotel search box. 

Can we put an extra bed into the room?

It is usually possible to place an extra bed for a child in a room for an additional fee.  Please note that this possibility is determined by each hotel according to their policies and room availability.  We recommend that you read the hotel's policy information on its description page.

Are the prices given on a per room or per person basis?

All rates are given on a per room basis for the specified period of stay unless otherwise noted.

Will I need to pay additional fees for making a reservation using this website?

No, we do not charge any additional fees for booking on this website.

Why is my credit card information required?

Your credit card information is required as a guarantee for a hotel in the event you cancel your order too late.  Most hotels will charge a fine which is often the equivalent of a one night stay.  Please note that under no circumstance does A7 Travel charge you any fees.  Payment for your hotel reservation is made upon arrival at the hotel.

Will I receive a confirmation of my booking?

After you have made a reservation, you will receive an email with your order number and complete information about your reservation.  This email serves as confirmation that your reservation was successfully made.

Is the confirmation for my booking sufficient to obtain a visa from the embassy of my destination country?

Most embassies consider such confirmation a valid document and sufficient for obtaining a visa.  However, every embassy has the right to require official documentation directly from the hotel or for other documents to be supplied.  In such a case, you are to contact the hotel directly in order to obtain a fax confirmation.  We recommend that you check with the embassy of your destination country to learn of their visa requirements before you make a reservation or contact us for professional assistance.
