The hotel is situated in the centre of Zürich-Seebach. It is located a few minutes from the airport and Zürich's fairs and exhibition halls and is around 15 minutes away from Zürich City. In the summer of 1996 the hotel and restaurant were completely renovated.

Cancellation Policy		If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy		All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged CHF 30.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged CHF 70.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy		No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes		3.6 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. CHF 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is included.
Internet		Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Meal Plan		Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Parking		Free public parking is possible on site.
Pets		Pets are not allowed.

Well being in Zurich. Our small, charming hotel offers all advantages of an urban location, but also the recreational value of the outskirts. An oasis of comfort during your business or private stay in Zurich. City strollers, fair visitors and business people are right with us. We offer 28 rooms in harmonious ambience for fair prices. By car it takes you approx. 15 minutes to the city centre or 10 minutes to the airport of Kloten. By Tram it takes you only 10 stops to the Zurich city centre.

Room information

Our 28 non-smoking rooms are small, but very cosy and friendly, and radiate a pleasant atmosphere. LAN connections for your laptops are provided.

Food & beverage

The hotel restaurant Landhus is influenced by Mediterranean cuisine and serves seasonal meals and beverages. The restaurant is open from 07:00 to midnight Monday to Saturday and from 08:00 to 23:00 on Sundays. Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:00 Monday to Saturday and from 08:00 to 10:00 on Sundays. It consists of fresh croissants and bread rolls, ham, salami, cold cuts, various kinds of cheese, jams, fruit salad, cereals and orange juice.

Important information

Please notify during the booking process whether you require a parking space. We will do our best to reserve one for you. If you depart before 07.00 you need to pay on the day before your departure until 22:15.
