HEM Hotel Amsterdam is located in the south west of Amsterdam, only 15 minutes from the city centre. Enjoy the terrace during summer and sleep in one of the spacious rooms. Cancellation Policy		If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy		All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy		No deposit will be charged.
Groups		When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
VAT and city/tourist taxes		6 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. 5 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included.
Internet		Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 10.00 per 24 hours.
Meal Plan		Buffet breakfast costs EUR 14.50 per person per night.
